Use this reference data to set the status of a learner’s current award outcome.
The Award Outcome Statuses reference data consists of the following fields.

| Status | The status code of the award outcome. |
| Short Description | Short description to identify the outcome status. |
| Long Description | Long description to identify the outcome status. |
| Active | Whether the status is active in ebs. |
| Viewable By Learners | Whether award outcomes with that status can be viewed in ebs: ontrack Hub. |
| Linked Role | Allows institutions to limit progression to or from this status to a specific user-defined custom role. |
| NZ Bad Debt Check | Whether an award outcome can be progressed to this status if a learner has bad debt, as defined in Institution Settings. |
| NZ Include in SDR | Whether awards with the outcome status are included in the SDR Qualification Completion file. |
