Award Outcome Statuses

Use this reference data to set the status of a learner’s current award outcome.

The Award Outcome Statuses reference data consists of the following fields.

This field	Holds this information...
Status	The status code of the award outcome.
Short Description	Short description to identify the outcome status.
Long Description	Long description to identify the outcome status.
Active	Whether the status is active in ebs.
Viewable By Learners	Whether award outcomes with that status can be viewed in ebs: ontrack Teaching and Learning.
Linked Role	Allows institutions to limit progression to or from this status to a specific user-defined custom role.
Bad Debt Check	Whether an award outcome can be progressed to this status if a learner has bad debt, as defined in Institution Settings.
Include in SDR	Whether awards with the outcome status are included in the SDR Qualification Completion file.
